 Mount Fuji Visibility in July 2025 Climbing Season Starts
===========================================================

July is a month of two halves. The first half is still rainy season for the Kanto region: cloudy, humid, and challenging for visibility. The second half typically sees tsuyu lift, opening up hot, humid, but more frequently clear weather. The official Mt. Fuji climbing season starts in early July, and the trails fill quickly.

Mornings remain by far the clearest part of the day. Afternoon cumulus and thunderstorms build readily over the mountain in midsummer, so timing matters more than ever.

- Hydration matters at the Five Lakes too. UV and heat are intense even at moderate altitude.
